Jack Faris is Senior Vice President for Voit Real Estate Services in the Anaheim office. Voit Real Estate Services is a full-service commercial real estate company that provides a single-point service for properties and portfolios, including asset services, brokerage, development, property management, construction management and strategic planning, as well as financial modeling, financial reporting, entitlement work and development of exit strategies. ack has specialized in the sale and lease of industrial properties in Orange County and Corona since 1985. He has completed over 500 sale and lease transactions with a cumulative value of over $500 million. Jack has been an important team member of the Anaheim Office which has sold or leased in excess of 31 million square feet of property. Jack has a wide range of experiences within his field including buyer and tenant representation, speculative development, brown field development, acquisition and disposition of investment properties. As a result, Jack has an impressive list of past and current clients. Jack has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate finance. Jack served as the President of the Orange County and Inland Empire Chapters of SIOR. He is also a member of NAIOP, The American Industrial Real Estate Association, and the California Association of Realtors.
