Jack Coury

Jack started his career at CB Richard Ellis in 1985, the same year they opened their Detroit office. After four years, he moved to L. Mason Capitani, a local boutique firm, where he remained for 10 years. Since joining Grubb & Ellis in mid-1999 as a senior member of the Industrial Services Group, Jack has been involved in almost 600 real estate transactions totaling over 13 million square feet, over 350 acres of vacant land for a total value in excess of $550 million dollars. In 2001, Jack was the top producer for Grubb & Ellis Detroit office with transactions that valued over $140,000,000. Jack has been named to Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007. An Associate Broker since 1993, Jack earned active membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 1994. Jack graduated from Michigan State University, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree with honors in accounting and a minor in history.
