Jack owned and operated retail electronics specialty stores and home furnishings department stores for over 33 years, starting in downtown Brooklyn’s Fulton Mall. His family owned several retail stores on Fulton Street which led to Jack’s interest in the retail industry. Since Jack begun his Real Estate career in 2010 for a major brokerage firm in New York he has quickly sold multifamily, mixed use and retail properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. He has also negotiated and leased prime retail properties in Downtown Brooklyn, Fulton Street, Avenue U near Kings Plaza, Church Ave and in the Bronx. After 10 years of selling investment properties and residential properties and working and analyzing assemblages & development sites, Jack has brought his expertise to create a new firm located in Brooklyn.
