Jack Carr

Jack Carr, Principal, specializes in single asset and portfolio investment sales throughout the western United States. While he actively works on hospitality projects throughout the western region, he has built an extraordinary presence in Las Vegas. Since 1995, he has been involved in over 200 hotel and/or casino transactions, including more than 55 completed transactions in Nevada, placing him among the most active hospitality/gaming brokers in the state. His gaming transactions range from gaming taverns to large hotel casinos near the Las Vegas Strip, and his clients include private owners as well as the largest public gaming companies. While based in the Newport Beach office, he runs Maxim’s Las Vegas office and spends the majority of his time there. Mr. Carr also possesses a thorough knowledge of franchising. Previously, he worked for 10 years with Days Inns of America and its subsequent owner, Hospitality Franchise Systems (HFS), during which time he oversaw the franchise negotiations for hundreds of hotels. Mr. Carr, a CPA, received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of California, Nevada, and Utah.
