Jack Beare

Jack has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 5 years and acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience from his time at Holt Lunsford Commercial. Jack focuses his time on Office Agency Leasing where he assists both private and institutional clients with project leasing, sales, tenant representation, and business development. Jack’s experience working with landlords and tenants has given him a unique perspective when assisting clients to execute their business plans through creative marketing, leasing and sales strategies. Prior to joining Colliers, Jack worked as a Market Director at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where he oversaw the leasing of 2.4 million square foot portfolio representing both private and institutional clients. During this time his focus was to effectively implement marketing and leasing strategies in order to maximize his client’s returns. Additionally, Jack interned in Chicago for NAI Hiffman as a junior industrial tenant representative and in Dallas for Bessemer Trust as a junior private wealth advisor.

  Jack received his BBA in Management and Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. While attending the University of Notre Dame, Jack lettered for 4 years on the Men’s Division I Lacrosse team.
