After attending Lincoln College and Illinois State University, Jack delved into the world of business ownership, setting the stage for a remarkable career that would span over two decades. From owning a successful Painting Company that beautified both residential and commercial spaces to managing a thriving Nightclub that brought life to the city's nightlife, Jack's versatility and business acumen were evident. His repertoire expanded further with ventures like a Dry Cleaners, General Contractor services, and Real Estate Team in Illinois, Arizona and Florida handling both residential and commercial properties, including Short Sale & Asset Management Negotiations. In 2006, Jack achieved one of his long-cherished dreams by acquiring his real estate license. Eager to make an impact, he plunged into the real estate world headfirst, and as his success surged, he took a monumental step in 2008, forming a team to better serve his ever-growing clientele. Recognizing the need for personal and professional growth, Jack led his team to join forces with KW Commercial in 2014, where the company culture and emphasis on agent education resonated with him deeply. Today, Jack heads the Bata Commercial Group at KW Commercial, a thriving enterprise that collaborates closely with offices in prominent Florida cities like Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota. Jack is also a Commercial Director for KW Commercial in the Tampa Bay region where he helps mentor and educate inspiring and seasoned Commercial REALTORS. Serving on the Board of Directors for the Dunedin Cares Food Pantry(CURRENT TERM), Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association - President, and Visit Dunedin, Jack is dedicated to fostering growth and prosperity at a local level. His past Illinois contributions as President for the West Bloomington Revitalization Project, Friends Council for GLT at Illinois State University, and other roles demonstrate his commitment to community development prior to relocating full time to Florida. Outside his successful career, Jack cherishes his family deeply. He is happily married to Beth, a prior Art Teach, currently a Residential REALTOR, and together, they are blessed with two children, Zack and Marion, along with two beloved pets: Dogs - Ernie and Vinnie, Hens - Britney, Beyonce, Skidsy, Poppy, and Lucy. Driven by a purpose beyond profit, Jack is passionate about empowering others to achieve their dreams.
