Jack Allpress

Jack Allpress joined Form in 2010 and quickly established himself as a strong negotiator with excellent communication skills. Jack is an integral part of Form’s team, specializing in project leasing, tenant representation and investment. Most notably, he’s worked with the industry’s top landlords, including PCI, Wesgroup, Cressey, Onni, Property Development Group, Staburn, PC Urban and Triovest. He’s been involved with a number of large and notable projects throughout the Lower Mainland, including The Hub at King George Station, Eagle Landing, River District, Tsawwassen Commons, Brewery District and McCallum Junction. Prior to joining Form, Jack worked at an international brokerage firm with some of commercial real estate’s top-performing brokerage teams. Jack majored in entrepreneurship and graduated with distinction from the Commerce program at the University of Victoria’s School of Business. As an avid hockey and soccer player, Jack brings a competitive and team-oriented approach to his professional career.
