J.R. Long

J.R. Long, CCIM Co-Founded Structure Commercial real Estate in 2010 and since 2017 has been with Proctor & Long, LLC, a Full Service Commercial Brokerage Company in Tallahassee. J.R. has over 18 years of providing full service real estate services to users, owners, and investors of real estate throughout North Florida. J.R. is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He was the 2007 Florida CCIM District President and the 2006 Vice President. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Florida & Georgia Association of Realtors. He is actively serving as the Treasurer of the Joseph Patrick Deeb Memorial Scholarship Fund, Advisor to the local chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and a board member of the Community Foundation of North Florida.
