J Gerard has been a New York State licensed real estate agent or broker since 1990. He initially started in the business by marketing RE/MAX franchises throughout New York State including New York City and Long Island. In 1992 he became a full-time agent for a RE/MAX franchise in Amherst, NY. In 1999 he managed a local independent office in Orchard Park, starting from nothing and building the office up to fourteen experienced, high-producing agents. In 2001 he was asked to join the largest independent real estate company in New York State and the sixth largest in the country, RealtyUSA. He has consistently been one of the highest-producing agents, in one of the highest-volume offices in our company. He is the proudest of knowing that he has assisted over five hundred families find or sell homes and accomplished this with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
