About J. Adame is Broker and President of ROI Commercial Real Estate - Ameriland REal Estate. His 20 plus years in residential and commercial real estate, sales, including leases, sub leases, development and the buying or selling of commercial and residential property, J. Adame brings a wealth of experience. Whether it is general office space, retail space, industrial, or mixed-use properties, J. Adame is well verse in helping clients. His extensive knowledge of building plans, drawings, permits and the construction/TI process allows him to proficiently work with architects, general contractors and other service providers to assist his clients in obtaining exactly what it is they are looking for. Prior to starting ROI Commercial, J. Adame developed his own commercial and residential properties. His development processes included rezoning, entitlement, ground up construction and stabilization of the asset. Tony is also the Director and head of Acquisitions for TES Investments and Goodman Capital, where he negotiates investments and leases throughout North America, and he oversees new builds, investment projects and subleased excess properties. As a graduate computer engineer, J. Adame has been living in the Bay Area in 1988. He and his 5 children reside in the San Jose. As a local resident, J. Adame has a very good understanding of commercial and residential real estate in this area and strives to leverage his experience and connections in every transaction.
