My passion has always been real estate. I was born in Cuba; have lived in Spain & New York but was raised in Miami. I purchased my first property at age 25. I became a licensed Realtor in 2003 and have since then been listing, selling, buying, renting & flipping residential, commercial & vacant land. The only thing more important than real estate is my faith, my family & friends. I enjoy my leisure time with my husband of 25+ years, my children and our very sweet chocolate lab. I am fluent in English & Spanish. I work with several local lenders who can facilitate the financing portion. I have also associated myself with contractors, inspectors, engineers and appraisers to provide my clients all the options available to them. But best of all, I am affiliated with a global company owned by Warren Buffet.
