Itan Rahmani joined Venture Capital Properties in May 2013. Mr. Rahmani went on to achieve his M.S. in taxation from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business and, ultimately, his Certified Public Accountancy license by the age of twenty-three. Rahmani began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working as a tax associate in the Investment Management group. Although he excelled in the accounting field, Rahmani quickly realized his true passion lied in the real estate world and, consequently sought to move into the industry. Finally, in May 2013, Rahmani joined the firm full-time as a director. Mr. Rahmani first entered the real estate world as a commercial broker in New York City and believes the secret to his success hinges on his unparalleled work ethic and diligence. He has assisted in the acquisition and disposition of many different types of properties throughout New York including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Rahmani believes the best way to facilitate any transaction is by maintaining the utmost level of professionalism and integrity. Soon after entering the field, Rahmani was able to secure and maintain relationships with various high net worth individuals around the world and continues to use his wealth management background as a knowledge base for all his transactions. Mr. Rahmani currently resides with his family in Great Neck. He is fluent in several languages, including English, Hebrew, and Farsi. Rahmani was named a National Merit Scholar and was afforded the coveted title of Distinguished Scholar at Yeshiva University. Moreover, he is an active participant in various charitable organizations and volunteer programs throughout his community.
