Isaac is a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. He joined Thalhimer in 2011 and specializes in industrial tenant and buyer occupier solutions. Isaac has been involved in numerous transactions across all asset classes with significant experience in e-commerce, corporate office, and industrial leasing. He effectively uses his experience, knowledge, and proactive client-centered approach to add value to every transaction. Isaac has experience representing both local and institutional ownership groups in leasing and sales transactions in the Greater Richmond Metro area. Some of these include Amazon, Evergreen, LIDL, US Trading, WorldPac, NAPA Transportation, Advantasure, Groome Transportation, and Nestor Imports. With diverse background in project management, property management, and lease administration, Isaac’s overall approach to tenant representation and transaction management has added substantial value. Prior to Thalhimer, Isaac gained experience for several years in multi-family property management.
