Isaac Christian is the Managing Broker, and owner of ROI Real Estate. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Isaac is able to provide clients with a wide range of counsel. Having worked predominantly as a real estate developer, Isaac’s knowledge base provides unique perspective when it comes to evaluating real estate. Developing real estate all around the Oklahoma City metropolitan area has allowed him to actively participate in land acquisitions, rezoning and platting properties, conceptualize master site plans, turnkey development of sites (to include commercial, industrial, multifamily, and residential communities), and construction of custom and spec homes and offices. It was this experience that ultimately led Isaac to take on the opportunity to own and manage ROI. While ROI Real Estate provides services pertaining to residential and commercial real estate, Isaac’s focus is mainly on commercial land acquisition and office leasing/sales.
