Ida McMurray, CCIM, SIOR

Since 1995 Mrs. McMurray has been active in the commercial real estate market providing a full range of real estate services which include leasing, sales and investment analysis. She is experienced and knowledgeable in the office, retail, flex, industrial and land segments. Beginning her career as a property marketing specialist, she quickly established herself as a skilled salesperson and earned the respect of clients and colleagues. Market knowledge, experience and attention to detail are qualities that have helped maintain strong, long term relationships with local and national clients. Additionally, Mrs. McMurray is committed to a proactive understanding the objectives of owners, buyers and tenants in order to expedite results. Mrs. McMurray attended West Virginia University and Penn State University, Middletown majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Journalism. She went on to manage two successful restaurants in the Harrisburg area for several years before entering the real estate profession where she earned both the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and the SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) designations. Mrs. McMurray is also a twenty year member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, PA Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
