Ian is currently the Team Leader of a Toronto-based real estate team that focuses on commercial and residential sales and leasing. He has over 15 years of award-winning real estate experience with a specific focus on commercial leasing and acquisitions along and multi unit income-producing property advice and acquisitions. In this entrepreneurial role he provide support and direction for all aspects of strategy, property and lease negotiations, market and location analysis, proforma analysis and financial modeling review (including NPV and IRR calculations), zoning bylaws and environmental inspections, building permits and applications, and marketing.
