Ian Whelan

Ian is Managing partner at EYCO, working within the in Town and Out of Town agency teams. He has been with the business for over 26 years and has extensive experience in the UK retail property market, specialising in retail agency, but also advising clients on asset management strategies and development initiatives in order to preserve or enhance asset values. Ian acquired all of Primark's Scottish stores and his track record of delivering major deals, knowledge of the retail property scene and high level contacts with major retailers and agents is second to none.
