Ian Walker joined NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC in 2003 as a Sales Manager and currently heads the company's Sales Team in Chicago. His primary focus is managing the structured sale of commercial real estate portfolios via NRC's sealed bid process. Over the past 9 years, Mr. Walker has been responsible for managing the divestitures of commercial real estate portfolios in excess of $1 billion for corporate clients such as GE Capital, BP North America, Sunoco and Circle K. Mr. Walker began his real estate career in 2001 at Coldwell Banker. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Columbia College. He is also a licensed real estate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Convenience Stores.
