Ian Mussman

Ian oversees landlord and tenant representation assignments throughout the Kansas City metro area. Working with an experienced development team, Ian also identifies and vets development opportunities for the firm in addition to providing financial analysis and investment summaries to strategic partners. Prior to joining Drake Development, Ian worked as a commercial credit analyst for Arvest Bank underwriting commercial real estate loans. Ian brings a diverse background to the company, holding positions previously as a trading control analyst for ONEOK, Inc., a $10B diversified energy company, as a financial analyst for Aktiva, a boutique lender in Medellín, Colombia, and as an analyst at West Partners, a San Diego based investment firm. Ian is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri and Kansas as well as an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Originally from Omaha NE, Ian attended the University of Tulsa where he played soccer and received a BSBA with a major in finance. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, and running.
