Ian Kukowski

Prior to joining Saxum, Ian was a Senior Associate at Sterling Investors where he developed the firm’s infill industrial strategy, sourced acquisitions in various East Coast markets, and was a key member in fundraising efforts for the firm’s initial fund. Prior to Sterling, Ian was at AIG Global Real Estate where he was responsible for evaluating and executing value-add acquisition and development opportunities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his institutional real estate career, he has closed over $800 million of transactions across various property types. Ian started his career on Wells Fargo Securities’ hybrid trading desk.
