Ian Goldfeder

Ian Goldfeder is an Associate at Katz & Associates’ New York City office. He works on tenant and landlord representation on Long Island and New York City. Prior to joining Katz, Ian worked at Welco Realty as a summer intern where he: met with landlords and developers, including Hartz Mountain Industries, TJX Companies, and Prestige Properties; helped develop store expansion strategies; hosted site visits for prospective tenants interest in leasing Welco-managed properties; and participated in lease negotiations. Prior to that, Ian interned at Basser-Kaufman Real Estate. Ian graduated from Tulane University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in finance and a minor in real estate. Ian resides on Long Island, New York.
