Prior to founding Yield Coach, as well as Brown Brothers Realty & Capital, Ian was a senior consultant at a commercial real estate firm specializing in valuation and real estate analytics. In addition to being a licensed Florida attorney, Ian is also a licensed Florida certified general appraiser and Florida & Georgia real estate broker. His experience includes investment real estate sales, debt restructuring, tax appeal, buyer and seller representation, property valuation, highest and best use analysis, entitlement and zoning, as well as asset management. Through his diverse and well-rounded experience and established network of professionals, Ian is able to apply creative approaches to help clients reach their investment goals, and navigate unique and complex real estate challenges.
