He brings over 20+ years of experience working in the hospitality sector including accounting, management, operations, rebranding, sales, and investment. He has owned, operated, and sold multiple hotels in the last 10 years. This experience has given him a well-rounded understanding from the perspective of an owner and prospective investor. He thoroughly examines and analyzes an asset from both sides and in order to prepare a unique strategy for achieving clients' financial goals. Prior to joining Miller-Gomes Hotel Team at Marcus & Millichap, Hussain worked with various national hotel brands and upscale boutique hotels in New York, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
