Hunter Williamson

Hunter specializes in corporate services for tenants and owners which include tenant and buyer representation, leasing and brokerage services, project management, due diligence services, development, project coordination and strategic planning. Hunter started as an intern in several department with Frauenshuh in 2016 before joining full-time in 2022. He works with a broad range of real estate requirements in the office, healthcare, retail and industrial markets. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Minnesota and analyzes market trends and space availability to aid his clients in making the best-informed real estate decisions. Hunter earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a focus in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business. He is a Twin Cities native, currently residing in his hometown of Edina. Hunter enjoys spending time with family, friends, hockey, fishing and hunting and the outdoors.
