Hunter Warner

Hunter Warner is a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial properties throughout Southern California with a focus on the Los Angeles North region. A lifelong resident of the San Fernando Valley, his in-depth knowledge of the markets where he operates provides landlords with superior marketing strategies and assists tenants in identifying every possible opportunity. Last year he transacted more than 340,000 square feet of sales and leases valued in excess of $40 million. Mr. Warner was honored as Rookie of the Year in 2016 for his performance in his first full year as an associate. His continued high level of transactional productivity earned Mr. Warner promotion to Principal status the very next year, making him the youngest principal at the company. Mr. Warner’s past experience includes working closely with investors to research and identify value-add opportunities, participating when applicable in the auction bidding process. Entrepreneurial by nature, he started his first business before he graduated high school. Inspired to participate in the environmental conservation movement, he established Students for a Cleaner La Canada selling tote bags to replace plastics. Mr. Warner joined Lee & Associates following graduation from college. With his experience running a small business, he brings an understanding of inventory management, distribution and related business issues to his tenant representation practice.
