Hunter McDonald

Hunter McDonald is a Managing Director located in the Jones Lang LaSalle Ontario office, where he focuses on representing principals and occupiers of industrial real estate. He is responsible for coordinating and implementing business development strategies and leveraging existing relationships to source new opportunities. Hunter has over a decade of industrial experience spanning the Southern California basin. Prior to joining JLL, Hunter served as a first vice president at CBRE, where he dedicated himself to knowing the market and analyzing market trends. Throughout his career, he has secured transactions valued at more than $53M in investment sales and $539M in sales and leasing activity. He started his industrial real estate career with Realty Advisors Group focusing on the Los Angeles industrial market. Hunter provides curated real estate solutions including strategic advisory, lease and portfolio management as well as individualized location and site analysis based on the client’s needs and demands.
