Hugh Rader originally from Macon, GA joined the firm in 2007 specializing in office property leasing, acquisition, and disposition. He attended Georgia College and State University. At the age of 24, Hugh moved to Montpelier, Vermont to attend New England Culinary Institute. After graduating, he moved to Boston to be a chef at the acclaimed Ritz Carlton. He later moved to California's Napa Valley where he worked at Bouchon, The French Laundry, and Francis Ford Copola's winery, Niebaum Copola. After deciding to make a career move, he moved to San Francisco to attend City College of San Francisco where he majored in architecture. In September of 2006, Hugh returned to Atlanta. Within nine months of joining Richard Bowers & Co., Hugh has closed over ten deals, aquired over 100,000 SF of leasing properties and has gained a large quantity of business due to a great sense of the Atlanta leasing and sales market.
