Howard Kravetz

Howard D. Kravetz brings over 35 years of executive-level commercial sales and leasing experience as Principal Broker of Kravetz Real Estate. An accomplished leader/producer, he brings a diversified background in the Commercial Real Estate Industry with expertise in all types of commercial asset classes including retail, office, industrial, and investment. Howard has a proven ability to build strong teams, lead organizations and generate a vast network of industry and corporate contacts locally, regionally, and nationally. He has represented numerous tenants and buyers, landlords and sellers. In 1990 he was recruited to join the family firm of Kravetz Realty, Inc. as Director of Commercial Leasing. He was promoted to Managing Broker in 1993 and to President in 1994. He was responsible for the firm’s shopping center, apartment and office portfolios, property management division, and all brokerage operations, which grew by more than 60%. A well-known and active member of the Rochester Commercial Real Estate and business communities, Howard has directed retail property marketing for CB Richard Ellis, The DiMarco Group, and LLD Enterprises.
