Howard is a 30-year veteran of commercial real estate with valuable market-knowledge and lease negotiation tactics he uses to help his clients execute their long-term business goals. Howard began his career in Sacramento as a leasing broker at CBRE, which led him to similar positions with Spieker Properties, Equity Office Properties and Hines. During his real estate career, Howard has represented many of Sacramento’s premier commercial office assets as well as new ground-up developments in the Downtown, South Natomas, Point West, Campus Commons, Highway 50, Folsom and Roseville submarkets.
