In 2016, Howard earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation, which recognizes experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate in both theory and practice. He also served on the Budget and Finance committees of the REALTORS Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina. He is a proud member of the Board of Directors for September’s Mission Foundation, a non-profit organization that spearheaded the 9/11 Memorial at the World Trade Center in New York City.
