Howard Chang

Howard Chang has more than a decade of experience in retail/office/residential property management and leasing in the Los Angeles region. A majority of the businesses he works with have been his clients for many years including major retailers like Chase Bank, 7-Eleven, Subway, Flame Broiler, Western Dental and Little Caesars Pizza. Chang has an active Real Estate Broker license with the State of California and holds a designation as a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Chang earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
