In Colorado Springs, Holly is consistently one of the area’s top commercial real estate advisors. Over the past 10 years, as a Co-Star Power Broker, Holly has completed hundreds of transactions with clients and customers ranging from national corporations to local businesses and professional practices. Holly specializes in listing, leasing, and selling commercial property for investors and owner-users. Holly attributes her brokerage success by using well established, best-of-practice marketing / management techniques created over the last 30 years by Hoff & Leigh.
