Holly is a seasoned retail specialist with a comprehensive background in various facets of the industry. Her career began with a focus on acquiring off-market land sites for ground-up retail and mixed-use developments, laying a solid foundation for her expertise in the field. In 2011, Ms. Estler expanded her skill set by venturing into shopping center leasing. She honed her talents in-house at prominent real estate companies such as DLC Management, Brixmor, and WS Development. Throughout her tenure, she led leasing for a diverse array of shopping centers across 10 states. Ms. Estler’s creativity and strategic approach to leasing earned her the nickname “The Bulldog,” as she consistently drove leasing activity and led the charge in outlot development initiatives. Transitioning to the tenant side, Ms. Estler further enriched her industry knowledge as the Director of Real Estate for L5 brands, which includes Big Blue Swim School, KidStrong, OrangeTheory Fitness, Heyday Skincare, Restore Hyperwellness, and GoDog. In this role, she led new store expansions, demonstrating her ability to navigate the complexities of tenant requirements and market dynamics.
