Holli is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia with over 30 years of experience in office and retail leasing, and property management. In 2009, Holli started HRE Real Estate Services, Inc, with her vision to provide outstanding service to her clients. Previously Vice President of Leasing and Property Management at New South Properties and Candler Development Company in Atlanta, Holli was responsible for the leasing, property management, tenant coordination and construction of retail shopping centers in the Southeast. Holli’s experience also includes serving as Director of Leasing for Sofran Group. Throughout her career she has solely leased over 2,000,000 square feet of space. Holli holds a degree in Psychology and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and BOMA.
