Holden Brayboy

Holden Brayboy started at Stream in August 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Carolinas. He is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, concentrating on landlord representation. Grant is extremely analytical and research-driven, which has helped him drive value and deliver growth for his clients during his commercial real estate career. Holden was a Senior Brokerage Associate at JLL for two years prior to joining Stream. After graduating from college, Holden moved to Washington, D.C., to work as a Senior Research Associate for CoStar Group for more than 3.5 years. He then joined CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic team as a Senior Analyst before relocating to Charlotte to become a Research Manager for the Carolinas. He then transitioned to JLL.
