Hillel Horovitz

Hillel Horovitz brings extensive experience to The Michael Lorber Team, with over 10 years in brokerage, and prior to that, in property management for his family that owns commercial real estate in Manhattan. As a real estate salesperson at The Lansco Corporation, he worked on retail, office leasing, investment sales of buildings and development sites in the NYC area. Hillel also personally owns and invests in commercial real estate and apartments and empathizes with the needs of owners and tenants alike. He believes in investing in real estate assets with a long-term outlook and feels knowing the neighborhoods well affords an edge in choosing the best areas to invest and optimize return. Clients appreciate his strong knowledge, thoroughness, attention to detail, and continuous drive to get the deal done. Manhattan born and raised, Hillel graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He went on to earn an MBA in International Business from Bar-Ilan University. His background was in global technology marketing in Israel, and in New York City. Fluent in Hebrew as well as English, Hillel lives in the Gramercy section of Manhattan. He is married with two boys, so free time is spent with his family. His favorite hobby is walking around the city and exploring its rich history.
