Henry Torres

Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2006 Henry's expertise is in the area of commercial land, having worked in the assembly of a 700+ acre property, totaling over $63 million in closings. This earned him Weichert, Realtors 2006 Pinnacle Award as the number one agent in the nation. In 2007 he was appointed Vice President of the Commercial & Investment Division of Weichert, Realtors - Hallmark Properties in Central Florida. Previous experience involved management of Real Estate re-sales for one of Central Florida's major firms. Prior to this he worked in new homes, focusing on international sales. His bilingual abilities have allowed him to work with a wide diversity of markets, establishing relationships with customers and brokers all over the world. In 1993 he earned the Home Builder Association Top Producer Award for Central Florida. Henry also holds the Realtors Land Institute Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, and is one of Central Florida's few fully bilingual CCIMs.
