Henry Song
Henry began his real estate career as an onsite Sales Associate for the Hudson Club at Port Imperial, a condo conversion project in the up-and-coming Port Imperial Master Planned Community on the Gold Coast of NJ. He quickly became the Sales Director and industry expert for the Port Imperial community. After the completion of the project, he and his partner ran the NJ operations for Douglas Elliman from 2014 – 2017. His expertise then led to a recruitment from K. Hovnanian Homes, a national builder. There he became a Sales Manager and was nominated to the Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP). Upon graduation, he became a Project Manager in charge of Construction and Sales of Nine on the Hudson, a 278 unit luxury condominium building in West New York, NJ and Four Ponds at Lincroft, a 228 unit townhouse community in Middletown, NJ. Henry is currently managing over 50 residential real estate agents in a fast-paced medium density housing market and developing the Commercial Division for Prominent Properties.
