Henry Roe

Mr. Roe specializes in the leasing and sale of office properties. Mr. Roe joined Colliers Keenan in 2007, bringing 20 years of national commercial office transaction experience, including tenant and landlord representation, brokerage, and corporate consulting. He has worked for such companies as The Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company where he was responsible for the management and performance of their national leased and owned portfolio, and Citigroup, where he had regional leasing responsibility for the Smith Barney retail and corporate office portfolio. His primary areas of expertise include market analysis, transaction negotiation, document preparation and review, landlord/tenant relations, and portfolio and project management.
