Owning his own business and working with all the building trades contractors gave him a good knowledge of commercial construction. In 1996 he started to buy and sell commercial property as an investment. After buying and renovating numerous properties and then selling them, he became a Real Estate broker in 2011. Harry's philosophy is he would not encourage a client to buy a property he would not purchase himself. Leasing property and working with tenants has given him an insight on what properties have potential.
