Harrison Cohen

Harrison began his professional career as a litigation attorney working at two major law firms in downtown Chicago and before that for the Illinois Attorney General. After contemplating a big career move for some time, he jumped with two feet in, joining Triton to develop his multifamily brokerage and elevate the company. Harrison is in the information business. Investigating, cultivating, and informing clients on information. This process for him used to be legal and factual information with his clients in the court system, but he found my passion in advising clients on building information in Chicago neighborhoods whether it be to transact or keep them current on the market. His work ethic, legal/zoning law knowledge and organizational methods assist in his disciplined approach to brokerage. The clients he has the honor of working with benefit from his negotiation methods, prompt responsiveness and tactful action to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Outside of his real estate business, He enjoys collecting new experiences with his wife (Kary), taking their Pug pup (Ozuna) for long walks, traveling and am a multifamily owner/operator in Hyde Park/Woodlawn. He also speaks fluent Spanish (although he nearly failed in Spanish in high school – Señora Norvell, if only you could hear him now).
