Hans focuses primarily on sales and leasing of industrial properties in Seattle and the surrounding area. He strives to provide clients with the highest quality of service and integrity while ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome from their real estate transactions. Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2017, Hans worked as a consultant and financial analyst for Turning Point Consulting, A Place For Mom, and the accounting firm KPMG. Throughout his years in finance, Hans helped executives in many different industries evaluate business performance and assess the value of new investment opportunities. While advising a wide variety of owners and leadership teams, Hans developed a deep understanding of business strategy and planning which enables him to provide valuable insight to clients as they work to achieve their goals. Hans also has experience working in construction and engineering which further adds to his broad depth of knowledge. With such a diverse professional background Hans can help clients evaluate real estate opportunities from many perspectives to find creative ways to maximize value in every scenario. Hans is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business where he earned a bachelor degree in finance and a graduate certificate in accounting. In addition to having practiced as a certified public accountant, he has completed further education in business appraisals, property management, and land surveying. Hans lives in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood with his wife and two daughters, and he enjoys cycling, sailing, and camping throughout our beautiful region.
