Hank Pruitt

Hank Pruitt formed Pruitt Realty in January 1996, after three (3) years as Senior Vice President of Wilcox Realty Group, a division of Hunt Oil Company, and fourteen (14) years as managing partner in San Antonio and Houston with the Vantage Companies. Mr. Pruitt was responsible for all acquisitions, development, marketing, brokerage, and management activities for both Wilcox Realty Group and Vantage Companies in San Antonio. Mr. Pruitt’s development projects in San Antonio have totaled more than $200 million, including high and mid-rise office buildings, service, technology, and distribution centers. Brokerage sales and lease transactions have exceeded $300 million since the formation of Pruitt Realty in 1996. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute. He holds both office and industrial designations in SIOR and is one of only seven dual designees in Texas. He was previously a member of the board of directors of the local chapter of the CCIM Institute.
