Haley is a 28-year veteran of real estate in Kansas City. After college at Eckerd College in Florida, she came back home to KC and began working for a state representative, Jan Meyers, and also worked for the Builders Association of Kansas City as the head of their PR department. After getting married, Haley joined her mother Sandy Spalitto, who had been in real estate for 30 years at that time, in opening up their own brokerage, The Spalitto Company. Haley now leads The Haley Epps Team at Compass, which includes 7 other licensed agents. They are based in Leawood, but serve the entire Kansas City Metro area.
