Mr. Shapiro provides a full range of brokerage and advisory services to both retail tenants and property owners, focusing on Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester. Some of his notable and innovative retail transactions in Manhattan are Dunkin Donuts, Godiva Chocolatier, Duane Reade, Northeast Bank, T-Mobile, Chase Bank, and Brown Harris Stevens. He has arranged leases for such firms as Blackstone Group, Equity Office Properties, The Related Company, Hakim Organization, Glenwood Management, Algin Management and Empire Management. Mr. Shapiro holds a business degree from the University of Miami (FL). Mr. Shapiro is a member of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and International Council of Shopping Centers.
