Hal Ball

Hal C. Ball graduated from Amherst College with honors in 1984 and joined Hilliker Corporation the year it was founded, in 1985. Over his 30+ year career Mr. Ball has completed over 800 separate transactions, including sales of major retail centers, office towers, and industrial facilities and has developed a unique ability and passion for the art of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Ball is also uniquely active in institutional properties. He led a team that represented the St. Louis Public Schools and the St. Louis Archdiocese, which sold over 50 institutional facilities in the St. Louis region in a four year period. Over his career, Mr. Ball has purchased (and sold) a variety of office, retail and industrial properties for his own portfolio and is thus intimately familiar with the challenges and solutions from an Owner/Buyers perspective of buying and selling property in the St. Louis area. Mr. Ball was elected 2010 President of the St. Louis Chapter of SIOR, he was selected the Realtor of the Year in 2004, and is consistently awarded a top producer honor in the St. Louis market by CoStar – most recently receiving the 2015 top 10 award for industrial leasing. He is Hilliker Corporation’s Senior Vice President and a managing Principal. Born and raised in St. Louis, Mr. Ball is married and has 3 children.
