H. Carlyle Coffin

Carlyle Coffin started at Stream Realty Partners in January 2023 as a Senior Vice President in Greater Miami. He is responsible for tenant representation and new business development. He works with leadership to recruit high-caliber professionals to expand the firm’s service offerings throughout Florida. Carlyle specializes in transaction management on the occupier and investor sides of the business. Carlyle is a South Florida native and offers extensive commercial real estate knowledge in cities including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. Before joining Stream, he was a Managing Director at Newmark for eight years, where he helped build a team of analysts as part of an internal program. He spent four years at Studley Inc. as an Associate prior to Newmark. Carlyle enjoys going to the beach, skiing, traveling, and exploring new restaurants with his wife and two young children.
