Gwen White
Gwen currently specializes in retail brokerage services, representing both landlords and tenants in the greater Bay Area. Her geographic focus is the East Bay, including Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties. She currently handles more than 1.2 million square feet of retail space in a variety of specialty, neighborhood, community and power centers, as well as ground-up development sites. Ms. White's professionalism and thoroughness have been rewarded via strong, long-term relationships and continued association with prominent landlords and developers, as well as tenant representation for several nationally recognized brands and retailers. Ms. White attended California State University, Sacramento, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration (marketing) with minors in both French and communications.
