Guy Grivas

Guy Grivas serves as Vice President at Hillwood, overseeing the company’s retail division. He leads all facets of retail strategy, including acquisitions, investments, development, and leasing, and is responsible for guiding the retail vision for AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre master-planned development. Prior to joining Hillwood, Guy was the Co-Founder and Principal of MG Retail, where he spearheaded acquisitions, development projects, and national build-to-suit programs for retailers across multiple U.S. markets. Earlier in his career, Guy worked with The Weitzman Group, managing project leasing for a portfolio of over 1.3 million square feet and directing tenant expansion strategies for retailers throughout Texas. His accomplishments earned him industry recognition, including the Dallas Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters Award and CoStar’s Power Broker Award. Guy is an active member of the SMU Real Estate Society, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a founding member of the Horned Frog Investment Network, and serves on the Board of Governors for The Nelson Golf and Sports Club.
