Guy Excell

Mr. Excell is a long-time Hemet resident and a 1980 Hemet High School graduate. He holds a bachelor's degree from the USC School of Business, with an emphasis in real estate, finance, and investment. Mr. Excell holds a real estate broker's license and general contractor's license. Guy was employed by The Bank of Hemet prior to establishing Rosenthal & Excell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc . in 1987. Mr. Excell focuses full time on sales and acquisition of commercial properties and leasing. In addition, he has spent the last twenty years as a dominant player in the retail/office leasing market. Mr. Excell has established himself as a well-known and respected community leader often called upon for his opinions in local government affairs.
